Choose and finalize the destination

Vote totals help the group decide, but the creator makes the final selection. ChattyMaps stores that destination so the outcome does not change later.

  1. Review the votes

    Look at yes, maybe, and no totals across the current candidates. Consider practical constraints that may not appear in the grid.

  2. Choose a current candidate

    Use the finalization control to select the place the group will use. It must still belong to the poll.

  3. Confirm the decision

    Finalizing records the selected destination and closes voting in one action.

  4. Share the outcome

    The read-only poll page continues to show the chosen destination to anyone with the link.
