Manage a poll after sharing it

Plans change. The creator can update an open poll without asking everyone to move to a new link.

  1. Keep the creator browser

    Creator permissions belong to the anonymous cookie in the browser that created the poll.

  2. Adjust the shortlist

    Add new candidates or remove existing ones while the poll is open. At least two locations must remain.

  3. Change vote visibility

    Switch between social and aggregate-only results if the group needs a different level of privacy.

  4. Close or finalize

    Stop new joins and votes by closing the poll, or finalize a candidate to record the chosen destination.

  5. Delete only when necessary

    Deletion permanently removes the poll, its locations, participants, and votes.
