Choose the audience

Public, private and vote visibility

Poll discovery and vote visibility are separate settings. Choose both based on the group and the sensitivity of the decision.

  1. Choose public or unlisted

    Public polls may appear on Discover. Private polls are omitted from Discover but remain accessible to anyone who receives their URL.

  2. Choose social voting

    The default social mode shows participant nicknames and individual votes, making the decision feel collaborative.

  3. Choose aggregate-only when appropriate

    Aggregate-only mode lets each participant see their own row and the group totals while hiding everyone else’s individual rows.

  4. Share accordingly

    Neither setting creates a membership system. Do not put secrets or sensitive personal information in a poll.
